PLAN

Programming is essential to our region, and is the backbone to AZA and BBG. By taking the first step in planning a program you are not only enhancing your own leadership skills, but also providing a meaningful experience for others.

The first step in programming is to plan! Please explore the options below to determine which type of program you are looking to plan, and find the key elements to assist you with the process!

Weekday

Weekday

A weekday program is a chapter program that occurs on your assigned evening. These programs can incorporate the five/six folds of programming, or be an international chapter initiative. All programs should be submitted onto my BBYO by their respective due dates. Programs should be approved by your Chapter Advisors and Regional Staff!

MyBBYO

MyBBYO is our system of tracking program attendance and allowing for program registration. All programs must be on MyBBYO in advance to happen, and should follow the BBYO Code of Conduct.

Weekend

Weekend

A weekend program is one that is NOT on your assigned chapter programming day, and occurs outside of programming hours. Weekend Programs may NOT occur during Shabbat, and MUST be approved by the Regional Office in advance.

Below are guidelines to hosting a program on the weekend. Please be sure to read these in their entirety and discuss them with your Chapter Board and Advisors before moving forward.

After reading the guidelines, if you believe you are ready to host a weekend program, it’s time to start planning! Please fill out the form below with all the details to your weekend program and a member of the Regional Office will be in touch.

Overnight

Overnight

A chapter overnight involves a sleepover at a location or members home for an evening. An overnight MUST include elements of Shabbat, including a full service, and must have at least 4 weeks prior approval from the Regional Office.
