Nochechim Network
Vice Presidents of Retention
Charlie Goodman:
16th Regional Nochechi
Claire Piskun:
16th Regional Nochecha

Our Priorities
Track Weekly Attendance:
This year, we will work with our networks to determine methods of tracking member attendance and involvement on a weekly basis. This will allow for chapters to note what programs are popular with larger audiences and plan accordingly!
Strengthen Retention Efforts:
Gold Coast is only our strongest when our members feel the most connected. This year we will have a renewed focus on providing meaningful engagement opportunities for every type of member in every grade level, bringing them back into BBYO.
Identify Keys to Success of Position:
As we begin year one of implementing Nochechim, we are committed to developing the position to ensure it strengthens our chapter boards. We will identify key elements of success, and work them into finalizing a position description by the end of the year.
Keep Current Members Involved:
With over 1,000 members who call GCR home, our goal is to ensure each member has aspects of BBYO that fit their needs. As we partner with the S’ganim on program development, we will increase current member participation and engagement.
