Vice Presidents of Programming
Jacob Harris:
16th Regional S'gan
Jennifer Silverman:
16th Regional S'ganit

Our Priorities
Strengthen Regional Conventions:
Convention programming will be unlike anything GCR has ever experienced! We will be working with all teams on building convention experiences that contain high-resolution programming, interactive speakers, and opportunities for every member to be involved.
Elevate Chapter Programming:
WOW Programming will be executed on a weekly level to help provide members and prospects with elevated experiences. GCR programming will be more creative, more powerful, and more exciting.
Training S’ganim on MyBBYO:
Our network will utilize MyBBYO as a means of program production, implementation, and planning. We will provide training and outlines to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident in our system.
Focus on Facilitation:
This year, we will ensure our networks have a renewed sense of focus on program facilitation. We will explore the effect that a room’s environment has on the mood and success of a program.
S'Ganim Picks: Top Tools

International Resources:
We're all about program excellence, and we've got the tools to achieve it together. Jacob & Jen have picked resources from the International Toolkit that will help guide you throughout your terms!
Jen Silverman is a junior at Cypress Bay High School hailing from L’Olam BBG #2661. She currently serves as your 16th Regional S’ganit, MyBBYO’s #1 fan, and cannot wait to elevate programming in the region! When she’s not reviewing programs, she’s probably watching Netflix or putting together streetwear.
